By accessing or using Two Brothers Christmas services or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We provide professional residential and commercial lighting design, installation, maintenance, and removal services — including Christmas lights, permanent lighting, and event lighting.

Quotes and Payments

• All estimates are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
• Deposits may be required to secure scheduling.
• Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service date.
• Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been purchased.

Liability

• We take every precaution to protect your property. However, we are not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage to roofs, gutters, or electrical systems.
• Damage caused by severe weather or improper maintenance after installation.

Communication Consent

• By providing your contact information, you consent to receive texts, calls, and emails related to your service.
• To opt out of texts: Reply STOP at any time.
• To opt out of marketing emails: Click “unsubscribe” in any email.

Intellectual Property

All website content, photos, and materials are owned by Two Brothers Christmas and may not be copied or distributed without written consent.
